Simply Charming was Founded in May 2020 by Samantha Cazares. This floral business began with a leap of faith from its owner, who started with no prior knowledge of Floristry, driven by a desire to contribute more to the world and to herself. While balancing a factory job, she immersed herself in researching flowers and completed online courses from skilled Mexican florists.
Samantha says, “As a small business owner, I’ve had to audit myself and my lifestyle to get out of my own way and move closer to the goals I set for myself and my business. I used to underestimate the power of mindset and how it shows up in business. In the early years, I was an introvert who avoided networking, pitching, or even showing my face in content. I wondered, “Why am I not further ahead? Why am I not getting opportunities?” The truth was simple: my mindset was holding me back. Once I understood its impact, I made the decision to change.
Change is the hardest but most rewarding part of growth. I had to face my old habits and limiting beliefs head-on and decide they no longer had a place in my future. Holding on to the “old me” wasn’t taking me where I wanted to go. I realized that discipline, rest, and stronger habits weren’t optional, they were the foundation of my growth. The truth is, your business only grows as much as you do. As I invested in healing my past, practicing discipline, and shifting my perspective, I saw my business begin to align in powerful ways.
This journey hasn’t been easy, but it has made me stronger not just as a business owner, but as a woman. Success isn’t about doing more, it's about becoming more. And when you grow, your business will always rise with you.
