Crypto Bills To Be Passed:

Genius Act - Allows corporations to start their own Stablecoin/Cryptocurrencies.

We think the bill stalled today because the bill did not have a provision to prevent (CBDC) Central Banking Digital Currency. Government wanted the provision in this act.

Clarity Act - Giving guideline to cryptocurrency.

Anti CBDC Act - Aims to prevent the Federal Reserve from issuing a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC). Also it will focus on the financial privacy and preventing government surveillance through a CBDC.

The U.S. House is currently at a standstill as members struggle to reach an agreement on the complete bill package. The primary obstacles appear to be disagreements over financial privacy and the extent of government control, which are contributing to the delays in passing the legislation.
